if we've planned for you to bring a guest, it will be noted on your invitation. if you have a significant other we aren't aware of, please feel comfortable reaching out to us.

WHAT WILL THE WEATHER BE LIKE?

dc's spring weather can be unpredictable. days should be beautiful with highs in the mid-70s, though could reach the low 90s. nights cool down to around 60. rain is possible, but likely to be short-lived.

IS THE WEDDING OUTDOORS?

our wedding will take place indoors with an outdoor cocktail hour and lounge

IS LOGAN CIRCLE A SAFE NEIGHBORHOOD?

yes, logan circle is a central, safe, and well-maintained neighborhood in DC. that said, it is downtown. a few notes:

some sirens and police activity are normal during weekend evenings along 14th street
there is a small homeless population in the area. incidents are extremely rare - if anything feels uncomfortable, just keep it moving.
avoid discussing political views

HOW CLOSE ARE THE VENUES? HOW DO I GET BETWEEN THEM?

excepting our ceremony and reception location, all venues are in the Logan Circle neighborhood in downtown D.C. and are easily walkable. our ceremony and reception will both take place at supply house, a 15 minute drive from Logan Circle.

we will offer a shuttle service from the hotels to the wedding venue, and then back to the hotels and afterparty after our reception concludes. ubers/lyfts are very easy to find in all areas; taxis will need to be pre-arranged.

WHAT IF IT RAINS?

we have an on-site rain plan and all events will proceed as scheduled. no umbrellas needed.

WHEN SHOULD I ARRIVE?

please arrive by five to enjoy a beverage and find a seat before our ceremony begins promptly at five-thirty.
